Mass General Brigham Health Plan and mPulse have partnered to launch an interactive wellness hub for health plan members enrolled in commercial employer accounts as well as those enrolled in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.

Mass General Brigham Health Plan serves commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and dual-eligible members.

mPulse combines predictive analytics and technology to offer members resources that address nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress management through audio and visual tools and interactive challenges.

Its omni-channel design allows members to connect any time through the member portal or digital communications.

The wellness hub delivers personalized content, including management of chronic conditions.

Additionally, the wellness hub connects members with one-on-one health coaching, tobacco cessation support, weight management programs, fitness reimbursements and mental health resources.

The hub supports members in achieving their personal wellbeing goals, Mass General Brigham Health Plan said.

"This new wellness hub reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting members at every stage of their health journeys," said Jennifer St. Thomas, senior vice president of Commercial and Medicare Markets, Mass General Brigham Health Plan. "By combining personalized tools, trusted guidance and connected resources, we are supporting employers and helping members to take charge of their wellbeing through an experience that is centered on their needs.”

Employers that offer workplace wellness programs can lower healthcare costs, reduce absenteeism and achieve higher productivity and retention, the health plan said, citing the McKinsey Health Institute
