Patrick Rooney has been appointed chief financial officer of Net Health Systems. Dan Goggin has been named chief financial officer of St. Joseph Health System in Bryan, Texas. Brian Griffin has been named president and general manager of Empire BlueCross BlueShield. EMRapproved has named Kevin Donnelly as chief executive officer. Streamline Health Decisions has announced the following changes and additions to the company's executive management team: Gary Winzenread will resign as senior vice president and chief operating officer; Richard D. Nelli will join the company as senior vice president, chief technology officer; and Herbert (Herb) P. Larsen will be joining the company as senior vice president, client services. Joseph P. Coyle of Cedar Run, president and CEO of Southern Ocean Medical Center, Meridian Health, has been installed as chairman of the board of the New Jersey Hospital Association. ViewRay Inc. has appointed Chris A. Raanes as president and CEO. MGC Diagnostics Corporation has appointed Wesley W. Winnekins as executive vice president, finance and corporate development. Sutro Biopharma has appointed Edward C. Albini as chief financial officer. Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA) announced that president and CEO Thomas L. Johnson will be stepping down. Joe Moser, who has served as MHPA's director of government affairs, will serve as MHPA's interim executive director. Alex Mendez has been promoted to executive vice president of operations and chief financial officer of Mount Sinai Medical Center. Chad Westover has been named president of Molina Healthcare of Utah, a subsidiary of Molina Healthcare.
